ISH China & CIHE and ISH Shanghai & CIHE to reschedule in spring and autumn 2023 respectively

2 Sep 2022

In view of current pandemic circumstances in China, ISH China & CIHE will now be rescheduled to 11 – 13 May 2023 at the New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. ISH Shanghai & CIHE, also affected by pandemic uncertainties, will be deferred to take place in autumn 2023 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, with the exact date to be announced later.

Mr Richard Li, Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd, outlined the rationale behind the decision: “With the evolving situation, we have decided to hold the fairs at later dates. Given the global profile of our exhibitors, the decision was made to ensure the welfare of all participants and to limit the risk of disease transmission. Holding the fairs at later dates will give more confidence to the industry that we can host well-rounded international events. As we continue to adapt during these challenging times, I’d like to express our thanks to all participants for their understanding and support.”

Mr Hongbo Li, Deputy General Manager of CIEC GL events (Beijing) International Exhibition Co Ltd, added: “Our co-organisers and supporters of the fair, as well as our exhibitors were all looking forward to both the Beijing and Shanghai editions this year to further showcase their latest products and innovations. However, due to present circumstances, we all believe it is best to delay the fairs to provide as much certainty to the event’s participants as possible. As we look forward to the next editions, we hope that more industry experts will be able to participate alongside the exhibitors in both our trade fair platforms in China.”

As leading HVAC exhibitions in Asia, the ISH fairs in Beijing and Shanghai cover HVAC products & technologies, intelligent control, home comfort and plumbing. Returning in 11 – 13 May 2023, ISH China & CIHE will continue to serve as a comprehensive commercial HVAC solutions sourcing platform for China’s northern regions. Meanwhile ISH Shanghai & CIHE will help industry players tap into the east and central HVAC and home comfort markets in China next autumn.
